Metal to metal two-way hard seal butterfly valve is a butterfly valve carefully developed by our company, which is suitable for severe working conditions, by comprehensively applying advanced technology at home and abroad and accumulating years of experience in professional butterfly valve production.

purpose:

The metal to metal two-way hard sealing butterfly valve is mainly used as a device for cutting off and regulating the pipeline in the harsh working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and dust particles in the medium, such as petroleum, chemical industry, power station, metallurgy, paper making, water heating, etc.

Product features:

The metal to metal two-way hard sealing butterfly valve of our company mainly has the following characteristics:;

1. Double eccentric self centering structure is adopted.

2. Combined with the movable seat principle of fixed ball valve, the sealing performance under reverse pressure is more effectively guaranteed.

3. The conventional multi-level sealing ring is replaced by a pure metal sealing ring. Under high-pressure conditions, the pure metal sealing ring will not produce plastic deformation. When there is dust, particles or debris in the medium, the sealing surface is not easy to be damaged, which solves the leakage caused by insufficient rigidity of the sealing pair of the traditional butterfly valve.

4. The pure metal sealing pair greatly improves the impact resistance of the sealing surface of the valve.

5. The valve seat and the butterfly plate sealing ring are ground by high-precision matching to ensure their sealing performance.

6. We adopt an eccentric structure, so that there is no friction and jamming between the butterfly plate and the valve seat in the process of opening and closing, and the sealing function becomes tighter as the valve is closed. The uneven load between the sealing pairs is eliminated, and the service life of the valve is greatly extended. The two-way pressure bearing is really close to 100%
